About Us We work closely with Association Board of Directors, providing long-term accountability and assistance with the annual transition of Board members, strategic planning, budgeting, contracting and other management issues. We are hands on liaisons between the Board and Homeowners. As Board Members change from year to year we remain “constant”. This provides the Board with invaluable knowledge of previous board activities, eliminating redundancy and allowing for timelier decision making. We provide Homeowners that personal contact. We can relate to homeowners and board members on a personal level as we live in HOA's and have served on our HOA Board 's too. We take pride in our “open door policy”. We take time with each homeowner to listen to their concerns, problems, or suggestions and also review their records. We believe communication is the key to performing our duties and a necessity in keeping the Board informed on the general feelings of the homeowner. We strive to make the experience of serving on your Board of Directors as pleasurable and hassle-free as possible. We accomplish this goal by taking a long-term view towards our client Associations.
